The capstone course in the construction sequence, Design, Construction Implementation and Practice, centered on a semester long team project to develop of a performance based design for Davison Hall Parking Deck. The project began with an analysis of existing conditions to calculate site metrics and spacial programming that fufilled social and environmental needs.  A collaborative site plan, based on our and another groups design was selected for submission to The Campus RainWorks Challenge, a design competition sponsored by the EPA.
