This studio focused on the urban revitalization of the neighborhood surrounding the commercial district of Oak Tree Rd.  Celebrating the expanding South-Asian business community and addressing the strain placed on the aging infrastructure from pedestrian and vehicular circulation, affirmed the areas need for sustainable infrastructure and purposeful planning. My group's design concentrated on enhancing the already vibrant cultural and commercial hub, through a cohesive spatial framework of building masses and green spaces.
